  1. Order on as a Guest or Create an account on our website by clicking the Login/Register
  2. Order on our website by placing your item to ‘Add to Cart’
  3. Fill in the Following details: Full Name, Address, State/Province, City, Country, Zip Postal Code, Phone Number, Email.
  4. Press ‘Place Order’ button to confirm your order and get your Order Number.
  5. Once your order gets confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email ID.
  6. Every order will also be re-confirmed over a telephone call before dispatch (Please note that answering this phone call is mandatory, and if you do not answer our order reconfirmation call, your order will not be confirmed and put to hold, while the item may run out of stock)
  7. Upon receiving your order please pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return policy).

Our express delivery is free of charge above orders Rs.2500.

It takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver your order after order confirmation with us.

Cash on delivery – payment will be collected at the time of order delivery by our designated courier company.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

In case if a product runs out of stock, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.
